I understand by checking this box I am filling out a form to be contacted about our Preschool Piano Program beginning in August of 2026. This form is based off of dates and time stamps for who will be contacted first. We are only accepting 10 families this year.

I understand that private lesson are weekly 30 minute lessons with an extra 10 minutes for the parent to see what the child has learned, activities to work on at home, and how to practice for the week. Lesson time slots will be for a total of 40 minutes.

I understand that the monthly tuition for this program includes the piano method book for the student and teaching materials used in lessons.
