Music Technology

Music Technology Class is for ages 10 and up and can range anywhere from 10-15 students in a class. Classes are 1 hour long and the cost is $300 for an 8 week session. There are 2 sessions in the semester.​

In this interactive class, students will explore the fundamentals of music through beat making, recording, and digital editing. Using Soundtrap, an online music creation platform, they’ll learn essential concepts such as rhythm, melody, harmony, and song structure while producing their own original tracks. Students will experiment with loops, virtual instruments, and sound effects to bring their musical ideas to life building both creative and technical skills in a fun, collaborative environment.

Students will need their own laptop or tablet for this class (laptop is preferred) and a set of headphones. The Soundtrap program is free for students! More information upon sign up
